There are many clubs and activities you can join at HLR, an option being Leo club. If you are interested in giving back to your community this club will interest you. Ms.Lavin is the sponsor and she guides students through the process of getting signed up for and participating in activities like decorating for homecoming which takes place September 11th and helping in the on Special Olympics September 14th.If you have any more questions contact Ms. Lavin in room 240. 

Are you an honorable upperclassman scholar looking for a way to get involved with school? The Richards National Honor Society could be the perfect place for you! Ran by Ms. Hamdan, as of this year, NHS aims to provide students with a platform to volunteer in the community and show their exceptional drive in their academic career to propel them towards superior opportunities. Unlike other activities at school, NHS has requirements. You must be at least a junior with an. unweighted GPA of 3.5 or higher and have been involved in at least 2 activities your freshman year and 2 activities your sophomore year.
